What Makes the CM02 Exceptional?
After over a year in development, the CM02 takes the success of its predecessor to new heights. This advanced industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) has been designed specifically for use with EnviroHub systems, offering:

- Seamless data integration with the Senteos portal, providing insightful graphical display.
CM02 Overview
The CM02 is a modular plug-and-play system comprising of a central core board and individual CM02 ‘Cards’. The core board houses a series of ‘sockets’ that CM02 ‘Cards’ can plug into. Up to 15 Cards can be inserted into any one Core Board, giving the potential for a wide array of inputs and outputs, for monitoring and control.
Each individual Card is for a specific type of input e.g. power, sensor or for an output e.g. relay to control a pump and as many Cards as required can be added to a Core Board, up to the maximum of 15.
The CM02 is completely reconfigurable as the asset can be redeployed for another application simply by changing the cards plugged into the Core Board. Cards can be inserted into any socket within the Core Board, which automatically identifies which Card has been plugged in, to minimise the chance of operator error. For fixed installations, this also means it is much more cost effective to add additional sensors as another card can simply be added to the Core Board.
The main enclosure is rated to IP67 and space within this is maximised as no cables are terminated into the Core Board itself. Rather, cables are terminated into the respective Card and this is then plugged into the Core Board. This makes it much easier to ensure that cables have been terminated correctly and that a firm connection has been established.
The CM02 has also been developed with Low Power Consumption in mind, making it energy efficient and allowing solar power to be an affordable option.
