This week-long annual event highlights the importance of apprenticeships in developing skilled professionals, especially in engineering and manufacturing.
The Role of Atlantic Pumps in Apprenticeships

Atlantic Pumps apprenticeship initiative ensures that trainees gain valuable industry knowledge while working on real-world engineering and mechanical projects within a supportive team.
In 2025, Atlantic Pumps, in association with the Institute of Quarrying is releasing a new online training program aimed at pump users, maintenance staff, and fluid system designers and specifiers. This video series is currently being filmed for launch later this year.

It provides high-quality training and connects apprentices with top employers, including Atlantic Pumps, McLaren, Boeing, and other leading regional engineering names.
By combining high-quality academic learning with practical experience, AMRC helps apprentices build a strong foundation in engineering. The centre is also instrumental in supporting businesses by ensuring that apprentices meet industry standards and are given strong academic support.
