Audex Submersible Pumps, AS Series
The Audex AS range of submersible pumps is frequently used in quarry dewatering and industrial pumping duties, such as transferring dirty water from sumps or lagoons. Their high-flow/high-pressure also lends them to wash-plant feed pump duties.
AS pumps are also used in mining, civil engineering and construction, where suspended solids are often encountered. The wide range of discharge sizes, motors and impeller configurations enable the optimal pump specification to match the duty, extending asset lifetime while reducing energy wastage.
Audex AS models with a power rating ranging from 22 kW to 110 kW are particularly suitable for deep well pre-dewatering and high-head dewatering.

Reliable, industry-proven and affordable, Audex AS submerged pumps are available in a range of sizes from 2” to 10” discharge. Audex AS pumps provide a highly reliable, efficient solution for dirty water with abrasive solids. Designed with minimal running costs and low downtime in mind, their rugged build utilises wear-resistant materials. The range offers an impressive performance, with high-flow models achieving a discharge of up to 16,000 litres/minute, and high-head pumps producing up to 150m of discharge pressure.
Features & Benefits
This durable range of industrial submersible pumps has cast-iron bodies, wear-resistant impellers and energy-efficient 3-phase motors, while their mechanical seals are resistant to high pressures, allowing the pumps to be deeply submerged.
A semi-open impeller, made from high-chrome and ductile-iron wear plate, improves durability. The pump motors are hermetically sealed. The AS 10-5500 TR has an outer casing made of epoxy coated steel and features nitrile rubber lined diffuser/wear plate as standard.
All AS pumps have a top outlet allowing the user to submerge the pump in a confined area if needs be, while the pumps are fitted with lifting eyes for quick deployment and easier suspension from a davit or pontoon.
