Example bulk media transfer solutions we engineer include:

Abrasive slurries and powder handling systems – foundry quenching water recycling pumps, wear-resistance pumps for carbide pastes, fly ash slurry, dry bulk handling of alumina oxide, cutting and polishing powders.
Aggressive media – concrete powder, cement washout water, hydrochloric acid, base (high alkalinity) liquids, pickling solution pumping. We build pumps and transfer systems including sensors and pH correction treatment tanks from EnviroHub.
Filter press feed pumps – used in clay pottery production, sludge cake dewatering
pH correction control – keep your process fluids in the optimum range for quality control in galvanising, paper and pulp production, textiles etc and ensure discharge water is compliant with licensing requirements.
