SlurryPro
Industrial Slurry Pumps for heavy-duty, abrasive applications

SlurryPro manufacture centrifugal slurry pumps for abrasive slurries. The range is optimised for longer wear-life, reduced downtime, and lower operating cost.
Sludges and slurries can present significant challenges to standard ‘clean water’ centrifugal pumps, particularly with high solids content such as grit, aggregate, bio-logical or mineral contamination.
SlurryPro was specifically developed to solve issues of rapid wear, energy efficiency drops, blockages/clogging, premature corrosion, and high density slurries. Globally proven in the toughest environments where abrasive sludge is handled such as mines, quarries, construction sites, recycling facilities, wastewater treatment, and heavy-side industry.
A sister brand to Audex submersibles, SlurryPro centrifugal pumps provide the ‘dry-sited’ pump solution for high flow and continuous run slurry transfer. Engineered to provide long-term wear resistance and energy optimisation, each SlurryPro model can be built to match your duty rate requirements.
Its essential that you can rely on your pumps to perform continously, to keep your process running smoothly and your operational budgets in line. This is why our centrifugal pumps are built with a robust, spilt chamber and a high interchangeabilty of wear parts and spares. The ‘wet-end’ parts such as volute linings and impellers are either high chrome alloy (best for larger solids) or grit-resilient elastromeric rubber. This results in superior wear life, reduced lifetime cost, reduced interventions, and ease of maintenance – an all round better slurry pump experience.
Horizontal & Vertical Slurry Pumps
Horizontal slurry pumps are the most commonly seen centrifugal type. These are sited to the side of the slurry source, ideally with a gravity flooded suction inlet to prevent priming complications. Motor mounting options include direct coupled, or belt driven from an overhead or side mounted motor. The use of a drive belt opens up additional optimisation of the rotational speed and power for the specified duty, which can be futher controlled with a VFD (variable frequncy drive).
Vertical models are ideal for deep pit well and sump extraction, where ease of inspection and maintenance, and high head and flow volume requirements
are valued.
All SlurryPro models excel at high density, high abrasiveness, and high corrosion duties – ask for advice on the best configuration for your application.

Lifting the burden of slurry pumping
SlurryPro differs from standard slurry pump manufacturers from a number of innovations and improvements to meet the challenges of busy sites dealing with abrasive and aggressive sludge:

Sealing options and impeller designs
The seal between the wet parts and electric motor is a key factor in centrifugal pump specification. SlurryPro come as standard with their expeller seal, which uses the pumps rotation to reduce pressure on the seal, for longer time between maintenance (MTBM). For high-stakes applications where zero leakage is desired, precision mechanical seals are available as an upgrade.
Safer wear part replacement
The SlurryPro sliding base aids faster, safer opening up of the pump’s split chamber, enabling a single engineer to inspect and replace wet wear parts on heavy pumps in half the time. This innovation’s contribution to MSD (muscular skeletal disorder) risk reduction has been recognised by the MPA Health & Safety Awards.
Auto-Lubrication
The vast majority of pump failures are caused by incorrect lubrication or missing it altogether. To aid busy sites that have enough to think about, this lube system saves time and pump replacements by avoiding over and under lubrication.
Centrifugal pump spares, condition monitoring, automation and more
SlurryPro users can benefit from the wide range of onsite engineering support, workshop services, training opportunities, electro-mechanical
design work, fast delivery of spares, and pump system intregation and control. CF pumps are usually part of a wider process, so we’ve become experts at networking with multiple stakeholders and interconnecting our pumps to 3rd party and other OEM equipment
Alternative parts; your fix for pump downtime
We know we’re not the only centrifugal slurry pump manufacturer to source from, in fact we weren’t even the first! That title goes to Charles Warman, who was the first to conceive replaceable liners and impellers on slurry pumps to extend their lifetime.
What we do know is you can’t afford to have your process down for want of an original spare part. That’s why we build our pumps with as many interchangable parts as we can, whilst innovating where we see gains for wear-life, energy saving, or performance.
This means that common wear parts and important spares from great names like Warman, will fit our pumps – and vice versa. Why wait? Check out our stock of genuine, OEM, and alternative spare parts – seals, impellers, wear plates, liners.
