Senteos displays multiple performance data on a single dashboard, stores it, issues text or email alerts, and provides remote equipment control.
Senteos allows real-time visibility of data parameters such as flow rate, pH value, pressure, temperature, water/liquid or powder levels, plus equipment states such as on or off.
It also stores data for compliance audits and site/process improvement, and can be programmed to trigger SMS text and email alerts when soft and hard limits are reached.
Senteos is a cloud-based data and systems management tool.
It was built from the ground up to deliver hyper-efficient data collection, transmission, processing and display, in even the toughest and most remote of environments.
Initially developed to meet the monitoring and control requirements of pump systems in remote sites such as quarries, mines, sewage water plants, and construction sites, the Senteos Engine has since grown into a flexible system that can collect and display data from a wide range of sources in a diversity of industrial applications.
The platform works seamlessly with EnviroHub CM (Control Module), allowing ease of integrating the EnviroHub range of monitoring sensors and treatment systems. It can also be configured to work with other relays capable of 4-20mA input/outputs.
Senteos saves valuable time by eliminating the need for manual sensor checks, reducing on-site visits, lone worker and work-at-height scenerios, and the need to access controls and sensors in hazardous areas, such as confined spaces.
Proven applications for Senteos
- Automated data reports – saves time when reporting to statutory bodies including Environment Agency (EA), Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), and Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA).
- Monitor and control flow-rate and total discharge volumes to stay within licensing requirements.
- Temperature, pH, turbidity, conductivity testing for process water or discharge quality.
- Turn equipment such as pumps on or off – on a pre-programed basis or manual override from your PC or laptop.
Two-way reporting and control
The Senteos portal processes live data and on/off status reports from suitable 4-20mA enabled controllers, such as the EnviroHub CM02.
- Provides graph based parameter performance and on/off status.
- Monitors readings against pre-set soft and hard limits, triggering alerts to nominated personnel via SMS text and email.
- Automates pre-programed actions based on live data, such as operating pump and valve controls in response to a hard limit being reached.
- Automatically logs data for management, improvements, and audits.
- Grants two-tier access as appropriate for site/process managers and area/fleet managers.

Installation

Senteos can be paired with EnviroHub for an ‘out-of-the-box’ deployable system for treating cementious wash-out water, high turbidity yard run-off, high or low pH fluids, and for staying compliant in licensed/permitted wastewater or industrial effluent discharge duties.
